Ready to embark on a unique opportunity in the vibrant world of clinical and surgical services in sunny Tampa FL As the Director of Clinical and Surgical Services youll oversee all operations within this organization and have the autonomy to shape its future. Unlike the Office Manager who works IN the business youll work ON the company leading teams and meetings to ensure seamless operations. This is not just a desk job its a travel position between locations that offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Youll have the opportunity to make a real impact drive change and lead a team to greatness.
As the Director of Clinical and Surgical Services your role will drive the organizations success. Your oversight of the P&L including managing income and expenses forecasting and budgeting will be crucial. Youll also be at the forefront of overseeing the LASIK process Fellowship Program Residency Program FDA research and studies and durable goods management shaping the future of the clinical and surgical services where youll be the driving force behind fostering relationships with comanaged doctors and ensuring the clinic and ASCs billing timeliness and accuracy. With an eye on patient/staff satisfaction and physician productivity goals youll implement manage and evaluate all systems ensuring that the organization operates at its peak potential.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams customer service and sales within multiclinic ophthalmology locations surgical or ambulatory surgery centers (ASC)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Desire to work in a medical environment and help patients
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
