Job Description

Position : FINANCE UNDERWRITER
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 8 5pm or 96pm
Timezone : EST
Holidays : to be determined
Pay Range : USD/per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and will be based on the candidate's skills and years of experience.)

C commercial loan brokerage specializes in SBA financing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop 45 page executive summaries and detailed deal models for bank financing proposals.
- Transform preliminary information from buyers into polished professional presentations for client use.
- Create cash flow models assist in deal structuring and produce highquality executive writeups.
- Support clients in preparing financial documentation to meet bank requirements for approval.
- Clearly explain complex financial concepts and models to nonfinance professionals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in M&A underwriting finance or a similar field; investment banking experience (12 years) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in GAAP finance and accounting principles with no specific SBA experience required.
- Strong understanding of adjusted EBITDA and debt service calculations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify financial concepts for diverse audiences.
