Contribue l laboration et la mise en uvre d un projet d tablissement inclusif.

Travaille en articulation avec les enseignants et les diff rents services de l tablissement

S inscrit dans une d marche de coop ration avec diff rents acteurs et partenaires. Lenseignant r f rent exerce une fonction d expert de l analyse des besoins ducatifs particuliers et des r ponses construire

labore ou contribue l laboration et la mise en uvre de Projets Personnels de Scolarisation et des Projets d Accueil Personnalis dans une perspective d un parcours de r ussite.

Assure une mission de pr vention des difficult s d apprentissages.

S approprie et diffuse les enjeux thiques et soci taux de l cole inclusive.

R pond dans le contexte d exercice aux demandes de conseils concernant l laboration de r ponses p dagogiques concert es des besoins ducatifs particuliers.

Construit des relations professionnelles avec les familles en les associant au parcours de formation

Construit et anime des actions de sensibilisation d information et en participant des actions de formation sur le th me de l ducation inclusive .


RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES


  • Accueil et information de l l ve et/ou de ses parents lors de l inscription de l l ve en tant que personne ressource (entr e unique).

  • D velopper les partenariats avec les acteurs locaux (ambassade / m decin conseil / personnels soignants).

  • Mettre jour et alimenter l intranet TOUS INCLUSIFS ainsi qu une plateforme destination des parents (site de l IFS).

  • Assurer le lien entre les diff rents acteurs du dispositif TOUS INCLUSIFS (GAIN/ FLSCO/EFL).

  • Piloter la formation autour de la question de l accompagnement des EBEP.

  • Constituer les dossiers et piloter les quipes de Suivi de la Scolarisation dans le cadre d un dossier MDPH pour l cole primaire.

  • Constituer les dossiers et piloter les quipes ducatives dans le cadre d un PAP l cole primaire.

  • Suivi et pilotage de l quipe AESH de l tablissement sur le mod le d un coordinateur PIAL en France (recrutement / formation).

  • Assurer les liaisons inter degr (GS/CP CM2/6 me).

  • Assurer le suivi du logiciel CPOMS pour s curiser les documents confidentiels essentiels au suivi des l ves dans le cadre de la politique de protection des donn es personnelles.


COMP TENCES EXP RIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES

  • Titulaire de l Education Nationale ou profil quivalent

  • Titulaire d un CAPA SH (prioritairement option G) ou d un CAPPEI

  • Exp rience dans l enseignement primaire requise et en secondaire souhait e

  • Exp rience dans un contexte international appr ci e

  • Sens de l organisation et coop ration avec les familles et les partenaires de l cole

  • R activit et disponibilit

  • Capacit d adaptation et bienveillance

  • Tr s bonne expression crite et orale

  • Forte capacit travailler en quipe et endosser le r le de personne ressource

  • Ma trise des outils num riques

  • Capacit s adapter des l ves non francophones

  • Ma trise de l anglais (niveau B2 et plus) obligatoire pour accompagner des l ves et familles bilingues (fran aises et anglophones)

MISSION


The specialist teacher works in the specific professional context of an inclusive education system at IFS within the Tous inclusIFS system.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES


Contributes to the development and implementation of an inclusive school project.

Coordinates actions with members of the educational community for the schooling and support of pupils.

Works in conjunction with teachers and the various departments in the school.

Is part of a cooperative approach with various players and partners. The referent teacher acts as an expert in the analysis of special educational needs and the responses to be developed

Develops or contributes to the development and implementation of Personal Schooling Projects and Personalised Support Projects with a view to a pathway to success.

Is responsible for preventing learning difficulties.

The specialist teacher acts as a resource person for inclusive education in a variety of situations.

Takes ownership of and disseminates the ethical and societal issues involved in inclusive schools.

Responds in the context of practice to requests for advice concerning the development of concerted pedagogical responses to special educational needs.

Builds professional relationships with families involving them in the educational process.

Develops and runs awarenessraising and information campaigns and takes part in training courses on the subject of inclusive education.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Welcoming and informing the student and/or his/her parents when the student registers as a resource person (single entry).

  • Developing partnerships with local players (embassy / medical officer / care staff).

  • Update and maintain the TOUS INCLUSIFS intranet and a platform for parents (IFS website).

  • Act as a link between the various TOUS INCLUSIFS players (GAIN/FLSCO/EFL).

  • Steering training on the issue of support for EBEPs.

  • To compile files and lead the Schooling Monitoring Teams in the context of an MDPH file for primary schools.

  • Putting together files and steering educational teams as part of a PAP for primary schools.

  • Monitoring and steering the schools AESH team on the model of a PIAL coordinator in France (recruitment/training).

  • Ensure intergrade links (GS/CP CM2/6 me).

  • To monitor the CPOMS software in order to secure confidential documents that are essential for monitoring pupils in line with the schools personal data protection policy.


SKILLS EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIRED

  • National Education teacher or equivalent profile

  • Holder of a CAPA SH (preferably option G) or a CAPPEI

  • Experience in primary education required and secondary education desirable

  • Experience in an international context appreciated

  • Organisational skills and cooperation with families and school partners

  • Responsiveness and availability

  • Ability to adapt and caring attitude

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Strong ability to work as part of a team and to take on the role of resource person

  • Good command of digital tools

  • Ability to adapt to nonFrenchspeaking students

  • Fluency in English (B2 level and above) required to work with bilingual (French and Englishspeaking) students and families.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Fulltime positions of 27 hours/week

  • Remuneration based on diploma experience and IFS salary scale

  • Start date: end of August 2025
