We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead our external communication strategies and enhance our brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive external communication plans to promote the companys brand and products effectively.
  • Manage public relations activities including media relations press releases and press conferences.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content for various platforms including social media newsletters and the company website.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company ensuring clear and positive communication during media interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers and key media contacts.
  • Manage crisis communications and provide strategic advice to senior management when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a communications role within the FMCG sector or a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in managing public relations and media relations at a corporate level.
  • Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
