We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for our partner a leading B2B luxury marketplace.
The Mission
The challenge involves leading the development and launch of a new jewellery category. As part of this role you will define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design engineering marketing and sales to create a seamless valuable customer experience. Your leadership and insights will directly influence how jewellery is sourced and purchased in the B2B space setting a new industry standard.
The Role:
- Category Strategy & Vision: Define and align the vision and strategy for the new jewellery category using market insights and research to create a unique value proposition.
- Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap prioritizing features that enhance engagement simplify sourcing and increase revenue.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales operations and customer support to align goals and ensure a unified approach to development.
- Customer Insights: Conduct user research to understand buyer needs and turn insights into product improvements.
- User Experience: Collaborate with design and UX teams to create a seamless experience focused on search discovery filtering and checkout.
- Supplier Integration: Ensure efficient supplier onboarding data quality inventory tracking and pricing.
- DataDriven Decisions: Use analytics to track performance identify improvements and make informed product decisions.
- Launch & GotoMarket: Lead the gotomarket strategy creating campaigns and materials to drive adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive postlaunch improvements by testing features and staying updated on market trends.
What we need:
- 5 years of product management experience ideally within eCommerce marketplace or B2B product environments. Experience in the jewellery industry is a strong plus.
- Comfort collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills: A datadriven approach to decisionmaking with a solid understanding of metrics analytics tools and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling product features and experiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
- Strong problemsolving abilities: Capable of addressing complex challenges with innovative and strategic solutions.
- B2B experience: Experience in B2B marketplaces or supply chainfocused platforms.
