Job Description
ISS International S.p.A. ricerca un Maintenance & Inspection Engineer per attivit di gestione documentale relativo ad un progetto Oil & Gas a Milano.
Job Description:
- Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements;
- Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation.
- Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate;
- Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents;
- Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan;
- Identify collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to buildup a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment;
- Organize the plant asset database;
- Plan maintenance strategies procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program;
- Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality;
- Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis i.e. RBI and RCM;
- Support plant design and layout of the facilities to make sure the accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed;
- Liaise with project design team engineering service providers and vendors;
- Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives.
