About the Role

As a Commis III you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team in delivering highquality dishes that delight our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for a culinary enthusiast to gain experience in a dynamic worldclass environment while contributing to our legacy of excellence.

What Youll Do

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure food items are properly stored labeled and rotated according to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean organized and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Support the kitchen team in various tasks including dish plating and mise en place.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

What Were Looking For

• Basic culinary training or relevant work experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to following food safety hygiene and quality standards.
• A proactive attitude strong teamwork skills and flexibility.
