Job Summary
The Real Estate Investment Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in our success by selling offmarket real estate to investors at the highest possible price. This onsite role involves building strong relationships with active and repeat buyers maintaining constant communication with interested buyers sourcing new buyers conducting thorough property analysis implementing effective marketing strategies and collaborating with acquisitions and the transaction coordinator.
Success in this role is defined by significantly increasing the companys revenue through the successful sale of properties at optimal prices. Building better relationships with buyers cultivating brand awareness and effectively contributing to the companys growth are key indicators of success.
