We are excited to invite applications for an Air Travel Consultant specialising in serving our Germanspeaking clientele. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for travel excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for airline customers through inbound phone calls in German and English.
- Support customers with reservations cancellations online checkins and provide guidance on terms policies and other inquiries.
- Log conversation details into a dedicated system.
- Deliver prompt and friendly resolutions to customer inquiries while ensuring highquality service and meeting KPIs for speed and efficiency.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic or current residence in the country.
- Strong computer skills.
- A positive serviceoriented attitude with an optimistic friendly and stressresilient personality.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including night shifts in a fastpaced environment.
- For remote work: a stable highspeed wired internet connection (minimum 16/10 Mbps) and access to a smartphone are required.
