Job Description
Mercan Properties is looking for a JuniorFinance Modeling Specialist to support the department manageron financial modeling structuring and analysis of financial statements with a primary focus on real estate investment projects hospitality and fund management. The selected candidate will play a key role in helping tooptimize investment strategies conducting indepth financial analyses and supporting decisionmaking processes.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment projects.
. Analyze financial statements cash flow forecasts and investment returns.
. Assist in structuring business plans.
. Support the Financial Management in decisionmaking processes.
. Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
. Masters degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
. Up to 1 year of experience in financial modeling.
. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
. Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
