About the Team & Role
Youll join the New Business QA Team a group of skilled engineers with diverse expertise. Theydedicated to ensuring their access control solutions meet the highest standards building trust and satisfaction among their customers. Teamwork shared learning and a strong quality culture define them.
As a Test Automation Engineer youll play a key role in:
- Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and cases.
- Supporting other test teams with tools and visualization for test results.
- Innovating and refining environments methods and processes.
- Sharing knowledge through mentoring and training.
This is a Consultancy Role with Recruitment Potential
While you will be employed as a consultant by Ed:Za you will be working onsite at Axis Communications. There is an opportunity for overrecruitment meaning a chance to transition to a permanent role at Axis once the consultancy period is over.
Who You Are
Axis arelooking for someone who loves problemsolving and has a strong passion for software quality and testing. Youre adaptable eager to learn and enjoy working closely with others in a collaborative environment.
You likely have:
- A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming skills and experience with test automation.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Two years or more experience in relevant fields.
Its a plus if you have:
- Experience with Python programming language
- An understanding of the interplay between hardware and software.
