Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Janitor with warehouse maintenance experience to join our team. As a Janitor you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping and dusting throughout the facility.
- Sanitize and disinfect restrooms break rooms and other hightraffic areas.
- Empty and maintain trash and recycling bins ensuring timely disposal.
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness by addressing spills debris and other hazards promptly.
- Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and ensure they are readily available.
- Support safety initiatives by identifying and addressing hazards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on larger cleaning or repair tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse maintenance or janitorial work is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
