What Youll Do
- Ensuring the company complies with local and international laws regulations and industry standards (e.g. GDPR AML financial regulations)
- Developing and implementing companywide policies procedures and controls to mitigate compliance risks
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Preparing and submitting compliancerelated reports to regulatory bodies senior management and other stakeholders
- Providing compliance training for employees and ensuring ongoing compliance awareness across the organization
- Investigating compliance violations handling risk assessments and proposing corrective actions when necessary
- Assessing risks related to noncompliance and managing risk mitigation strategies
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree in Law Business Finance or a related field
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR MiFID II PSD2)
- Experience in a compliance risk management or legal role preferably in financial services fintech or regulated industries
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional certifications such as CAMS ACAMS or similar are an advantage
- Based in Lithuania MUST
