We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team on a fulltime basis. In this role you will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians and support staff to provide highquality medical care to a variety of animal patients. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in a fastpaced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in animals
Perform surgical procedures as needed including spays neuters and soft tissue surgeries
Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed
Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on preventive care and treatment plans for their pets
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest level of patient care
Stay current on industry developments and advancements in veterinary medicine
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
Current state veterinary license
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates will also be considered)
Strong surgical skills and experience with a variety of surgical procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for providing exceptional care to animals and their owners
