Our team comprises over 500 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are happy to announce that we are currently seeking a Freelance 1st Assistant Directorto join our team for the Secret Diaries project. Our YouTube channel produces highquality short series with real actors and topnotch filming locations. We are committed to creating stories that tackle meaningful themes featuring life morals and lessons with longlasting impact on viewers.
What You Will Do:
- Create and distribute call sheets detailing the daily schedule cast and crew call times and other essential information;
- Create and manage the shooting schedule ensuring efficient use of time and resources;
- Oversee the daily operations on set ensuring that the shooting schedule is followed;
- Communicate with the cast and crew to keep everyone informed about the schedule and any changes;
- Work closely with department heads to ensure they have the resources and support needed for their tasks.
What We Expect:
- Experience in film media production or a related field;
- Knowledge of film production processes and terminology;
- Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse team and convey information clearly and concisely;
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly in a fastpaced production environment;
- Dedicated and committed team player attitude;
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes or challenges during the production process;
- Effective time management skills to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
