Develop the Assistant State Manager Executive and Sales Managers competencies and harness their talents by inculcating companys core and leadership competencies for them to be achievement oriented.
Inculcate a customer service mindset and compliance with companys policies and SOPs to all staff under the State Managers span of control.
What Were Looking For:
At least 10 years of sales/business development experience in the automotive industry.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
Proven track record in overseeing daily sales activities plans and business goals development.
