About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our dedicated oncology team. As an ARRTRegistered Radiation Therapist you will play a vital role in delivering advanced radiation therapy treatments prescribed by our Radiation Oncologists. Your expertise and care will impact patients of all ages from newborns to geriatrics ensuring they receive the highest quality of care during their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
- Provide clear communication and education about therapy procedures to patients families and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurses and medical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Utilize advanced technology to deliver precise treatments while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) as a Radiation Therapist.
- Skills: Strong understanding of radiation therapy practices and the ability to effectively communicate with patients families and healthcare teams.
- Experience: Prior experience in a Radiation Oncology department is preferred but not required.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
