Job Description
Our client isa global provider of products solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry. Their value chain ranges from standardized cables and special cables to highly complex wiring systems and related components.
Your tasks:
- Asset Optimization: Provide expert advice to optimize asset value control costs and meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Licensing Guidance: Advise on licensing modules ensuring compliance and efficient utilization of software assets.
- Integration: Collaborate with security change and configuration management teams to seamlessly integrate asset management processes.
- Approval and Resolution: Approve authorized assets and address issues related to unauthorized assets mitigating risks.
- Coordination and Monitoring: Manage IT assets coordinating changes and monitoring their lifecycle.
- Licensing Audits: Support IT licensing audits maintaining accurate records and transparency.
- Compliance Transparency: Ensure transparency regarding asset compliance reporting discrepancies and improvements.
- RFP/RFI Support: Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Your skills:
- 1 year of professional experience in IT asset management licensing and compliance.
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field.
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details.
- Knowledge of software licensing models
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as being a team player.
- You have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
