Job Description
We are an innovative company committed to expanding our reach and establishing strategic partnerships. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us as Business Development Manager. This critical role will focus on increasing our market presence and building strong client relationships.
We are open to candidates from India (Hindi) Pakistan (Urdu) Thailand (Thai) Malaysia (Malay and Chins (any dialect).
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and successfully close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive success.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to strengthen our competitive edge.
Skills
- Proven sales and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in either Hindi Urdu Thai Malay or Chinese (C1) and English (C1).
- Active portfolio of FX clients with the ability to expand the network rapidly.
- Demonstrated success in business development and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Indepth knowledge of financial markets and CFD trading.
- Strong ability to cultivate and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly selfmotivated targetoriented and capable of working independently.
- Minimum 34 years of experience in Forex including an active portfolio of clients.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (preferred).
