Flowers Early Learning is a highquality preschool located in Watervliet Michigan and is currently looking for Preschool Teachers serving classrooms with children ages 35.

Position Summary: A centerbased teacher implements curriculum ongoing observation assessment and child outcomes systems consistent with program policies and the Head Start Performance Standards. They work as a partner with families in the health attendance and education of their children. Supervises and provides direction/guidance to Teacher Assistants and Classroom Support Staff.

Expected Schedule: Monday Friday 8a4:30p 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary due to daily schedule.
Rate of Pay:AA $1472.00 Biweekly BA $1675.20 Biweekly
Education Requirement: Minimum AA or BA in Child Development or Early Childhood Education with 1 to 2 years of related experience.Desired BA degree in Early Childhood Education is required within 6 years of hire. The Tuition Assistance Program may be available upon request.
Other Selection Criteria: All candidates must complete a preemployment drug screen physical examination and comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check and possess a valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation.
