Assignment description
As a Machine Learning Staff Engineer in the AI platform team you will bridge between Machine Learning/AI research and operations ensuring that machine learning models are not only accurate during development but also robust and scalable in realworld production scenarios.Together with your team you will design implement deploy and manage machine learning models delivering on organizational goals and industry standards evolving and maintaining the AI platform.The AI platform is designed to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows automating tasks such as summarization data extraction and analysis of internal & external data. The platform features a robust architecture enabling the development of scalable AI workflows with a focus on usability traceability and domainspecific finetuning.You will be working together with Data Scientists Fullstack Engineers Backend Engineers Data Engineers UI and UX Designers and Business Stakeholders to take the platform to the next level and leverage AI as a core part of our strategy to maximize its competitive advantage.
Must haves
Technical Leadership and teamwork in productoriented organizations.Experience in teams working with disruptive technologies with high level of interaction and collaboration evolving and maintaining the technical product roadmap according to the business needs.AI/ML Systems Architecture: envision build deploy and operationalize endtoend ML and AI pipelines at scale.Efficient Text Data Processing: Designing and optimizing systems for processing large volumes of textual data efficiently.ML Workflows and Pipelines Orchestration: Building and maintaining MLOps pipelines including CI/CD for machine learning workflows.AI Cloud Infrastructure: Working with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure for ML infrastructure.
Other requirements
NicetoHave Qualifications:Handson experience with LangChain LangSmith and LangServe for building and managing AI workflows.Understanding of FastAPI TypeScript GraphQL and other tools used for backend and frontend integration.Experience with database technologies and data transformation pipelines (e.g. dbt).Developing and deploying scalable distributed systems for AI solutions.Knowledge of RAGs Embeddings vector databasesNLP techniques and tools particularly for summarization data extraction and largescale textual analysis.Security and privacy concerns when working with sensitive or proprietary data in machine learning workflows.
