Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
- Conduct user research both qualitative and quantitative and analyze and present insights to the product team. Analyze and follow up user research.
- Design user flows and interfaces for our digital services in the Retail area with the user in focus.
- Work closely with product owners and other stakeholders.
Musthave - Relevant education in interaction design service design or equivalent field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- At least 3 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer for mobile apps.
- Experience in planning and executing user tests.
- The ability to analyze and design user flows and know UX best practices.
- Has experience designing UI for mobile apps and good insight into the design systems for iOS and Android.
- Understands the basics of graphic design and typography.
- Have worked with or even developed UI libraries in Figma.
- Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design must fit into our brand and into a digital ecosystem.
- Understands the basics of how to design for accessibility and the WCAG requirements.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proficient in both Swedish and English.
Good to have - Worked on designing UI for web.
- Knowledge and experience in UX writing.
- Understands IT processes such as Scrum and Agile
