Job Description

We are seeking a proficient Procurement Officer (Mechanical Engineering Background) to join our Qatar office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to evaluate and interpret technical specifications for mechanical products as per project requirements.
  • Ensure procured products meet quality functionality and technical standards in alignment with client needs.
  • Assess technical specifications and provide recommendations to meet operational demands.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with industry and client standards.
  • Support the tender process by conducting technical evaluations and delivering insights.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 56 years of experience in procurement including a mandatory 34 years of GCC experience.
  • Expertise in procurement processes for mechanical materials and equipment.
  • Excellent time management organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Fulltime
