Qualifications
- Knowledge of all civil engineering concepts methods and procedures .
- Knowledge of building construction process and phases
- Knowledge of planning Primavera software and MS Office Applications
Job Description
- Prepare and submit Weekly and Monthly Progress Update of all ongoing projects extracted from the Site Team and Planning Department.
- Prepare necessary reports/documents extracted from different departments and drawings for any design modification and proposal on specific projects as required by the Operations Manager.
- Coordinate between Design Procurement and Site team for the pending issues to expedite their concerns and its corrective actions.
- Communicate with the Suppliers/Subcontractors from the Request for Quotation of items related to Elevators Doors Precast Works GRC Garbage Chute to series of technical inquiries submission of Prequalification and Material Submittals and signing of Contract.
