About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to joinRIU Hotels & Resortsas aKitchen Porter.As a Kitchen Porter at RIU Plaza London Victoria you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
What Youll Do
- Washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils dishes and equipment.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces including countertops and food preparation areas.
- Sweeping and mopping the floors of the kitchen to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collecting and disposing of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Supporting the kitchen team in basic food preparation tasks such as peeling chopping and portioning ingredients.
- Assisting with the receiving and storage of deliveries ensuring proper handling and rotation of stock.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of dishes.
