We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
As a UX Designer you will simplify complex processes in various products and services and design solutions that help users navigate the interface of our digital products both on the web and in the app. We do this with diverse perspectives natural curiosity and a longterm focus. This is a unique opportunity for greater responsibility and future growth.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
We believe that you have been working in the role as a UX designer or similar for at least 2 years and have a portfolio that showcases your previous work.
You have a usercentric mindset and a deep understanding of usercentered design principles.
You have great experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar software to create wireframes prototypes and visual designs.
You have proven knowledge around usability testing and conducting user tests to ensure that all design meets the users needs and preferences.
You have awareness of web accessibility standards and guidelines to ensure designs are accessible to users with disabilities.
You are data driven and use analytics to improve and iterate your work.
You have proven knowledge around design systems to ensure that you can effectively contribute to the creation and continual improvement of products and solutions.
You have strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders including designers product managers and developers.
You are familiar with SAFe or other agile framework where you adapt easily to changing requirements in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
