Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Senior Supervisor Payroll to join their team inOsnabrck Germany.
Position: Senior Supervisor Payroll
Work model and location: Onsite in Osnabrck Germany
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members addressing complex operational or policyrelated issues and collaborating with the Payroll Manager to develop effective solutions
- Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization establishing standards for new processes
- Independently manage and ensure the timely execution of payroll activities
- Oversee the administrative aspects of personnelrelated actions such as contract modifications new hires and terminations
- Provide support to departments and employees on matters related to tax and social security law
- Handle various requests from government authorities
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in German (native or bilingual level) and have strong written and spoken English skills
- Previous management experience and are ready to take on a leadership role guiding your team with a collaborative handson approach.
- Several years of professional experience in payroll management in Germany including familiarity with payroll systems
- Proficiency in SAP HCM is essential for this role
- Solid understanding of income tax and social security law
- Comfortableworking with the Office 365 suite of applications
- Ability to optimiseprocesses and a passion tocontinuously develop
