Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic IB Support Advisor to provide exceptional support to our valued clients and help them navigate our services with ease. This role focuses on customer satisfaction quick resolution of inquiries and enhancing user experience while reinforcing our commitment to excellent service standards and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective communication and support channels with partners.
- Collect and analyze insights and data from crossfunctional teams to enhance performance.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and integrate partners into internal systems smoothly.
- Create comprehensive reports to inform and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency and precision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Upperintermediate English (B2 or higher) both written and spoken for professional communication.
- Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing with a solid understanding of industry best practices.
- Familiarity with Forex or a strong interest in learning and growing in the field.
