Were looking for a dedicated Games Presenter Team Manager to lead and support a dynamic team. This role focuses on mentoring fostering collaboration and ensuring the delivery of highquality services that align with the companys core values and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support team members professional growth.
- Manage staff according to company policies handling supervision absence management and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Promote open communication and teamwork through regular meetings and clear guidance.
- Identify individual and team learning needs collaborating with the Learning and Development team to implement tailored plans.
- Actively participate in organizational learning initiatives to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Uphold company standards by ensuring all operations adhere to policies procedures and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar managerial role.
- Education: A degree or qualification in Management is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in iGaming or Live Casino environments is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Adaptability to work flexible shifts in a fastpaced setting.
