Job Description
Position: Conversion Agent
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with incoming highquality leads and convert them into clients
- Follow up with new leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the onboarding process
- Share marketing promotions with leads to inform and attract them to the companys offerings
- Provide detailed information about the platform and relevant financial market updates to potential clients
- Drive client verification and deposits encouraging leads to complete necessary steps and make their first transactions
- Promote the brand fostering trust and awareness to enhance client acquisition
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Experience in FX sales is essential for understanding client needs and effectively converting leads into clients
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is beneficial for providing clients with relevant insights
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required
- CySec Basic certification is an asset
- Selfmotivated and goaldriven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach to meeting client needs
- Previous sales experience is preferred particularly in roles focused on client conversion and retention
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be an advantage for tracking client data and performance metrics
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identify client needs and address concerns in a proactive and effective manner
