Job Description
Our company is on the lookout for a meticulous and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist. In this role you will ensure the utmost standards of quality by conducting thorough inspections and testing to maintain compliance and guarantee superior product performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct realtime evaluations of all company products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor the performance of dealers and presenters ensuring alignment with company expectations.
- Identify and report any inconsistencies or deviations from established quality standards to relevant teams.
- Regularly inspect and verify the proper functioning of live studio equipment.
- Uphold and enforce Quality Control Department policies and procedures for live casino products.
- Continuously monitor live products to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Familiarity with technology and equipment used in live casino environments.
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards for live casino operations.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills with a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
- Proficiency in PC usage including advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
