Junior Business Analyst is responsible for providing effective and accurate analytical support to the EMEA store teams by producing monthly operational targets reporting detailed variance analysis and adhoc reporting as required.
The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Independently preparing and distributing regular business and operational reports
Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
Implementing improvements in analytical and reporting processes.
Collaborating with other departments to address their analytical needs.
Month end responsibilities (sales reconciliation etc)
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant degree
Advanced Excel skills (SQL/basics of programming will be an added advantage)
The ability to respond to and priorities competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
A sound understanding of accounting and financial principles
Demonstrated understanding of Customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external Customers
Proven ability to plan organize and deliver results on time in a fastpaced environment
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills essential
Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of English however an additional language desirable
Skills knowledge and personal qualities required:
A sound commercial focus.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Demonstrate effective levels of innovation.
Strong understanding of best practice systems e.g. SQL/basics of programming
A capacity and desire to support peers in the wider team.
