Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent youll be at the heart of our customer experience ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Youll manage multiple exciting campaigns while providing professional efficient support that exceeds expectations.

Transform customer service into customer excellence by:

  • Being the voice of TLC Worldwide delivering outstanding support across multiple campaigns
  • Managing customer bookings and keeping clients informed every step of the way
  • Building strong relationships with our partners and suppliers
  • Ensuring campaign success through meticulous attention to detail
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service standards

  • Previous experience in a call centre or salesdriven environment
