We are recruiting for the role of Payroll Technician for our Porto Office!
Key Responsibilities:
Execute payroll for a group of companies;
Ensure compliance with legal obligations (Finance Social Security Insurance Companies etc.);
Assist employees with labor law and payroll issues;
Administrative management of admissions contract renewals exits processes andcurricular and professional internships;
Maintain and update employee data in payroll software including personal data bank details and salary updates etc.
Create monthly reports;
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel;
Experience on ERP Primavera (eliminatory factor);
Rigor attention to detail responsibility and autonomy;
Organization and method;
Team player.
