Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of system documents such as painting process cards;
- Responsible for the improvement of painting site quality and the implementation of process optimization and improvement;
- Responsible for debugging adjusting and optimizing the robot process parameters related to the color of each vehicle model;
- Leading the evaluation trial assemblyy and switching of materials and tools for production;
- Updating the quota standards of main and auxiliary materials and analyzing the management of material changes;
- Technical cleaning management of key process equipment such as pretreatment electrophoresis four ovens spraying room paint mixing and filtering equipment;
- Production site tracking responsible for the analysis of major quality problems onsite and aftersales feedback and the formulation of countermeasures;
- The superior will handle the affairs;
Skills Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Education: Bachelors degree or above; Major: Science and Engineering
- Understand the production process knowledge of each process in the coating plant. Have the knowledge and experience of coating equipment operation and principles;
- Be fluent in English be able to communicate normally
- Have a positive working attitude be proactive and optimistic have a sense of responsibility be rigorous and meticulous;
- Have a sense of teamwork and have a certain ability of daily communication and coordination.
