Job Description

Job Overview:

The Electronic / PLC Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining electronic components automation systems and PLCbased control systems in the production of adult diapers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic systems PLC programming and troubleshooting ensuring all equipment runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design install and maintain PLC systems and other electronic control devices.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs to optimize machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate systems and improve production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while implementing automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to production and maintenance teams.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage technical documentation including wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience with PLC programming (Siemens AllenBradley etc.).
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control systems.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problemsolving within a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of automation sensor integration and machine control.
