Backend Technical Lead

The Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for driving the backend architecture developing scalable Python solutions and mentoring a talented team of engineers. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver cuttingedge features and ensure the smooth operation of our core backend systems that support our multisensory AI products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of highperformance backend solutions in Python.

• Architect scalable systems ensuring seamless integration with various platforms including AI/ML pipelines.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers driving best practices in coding architecture and collaboration.

• Collaborate closely with the product and the developments teams to ensure successful feature development and delivery.

• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines ensuring efficient deployment and integration processes.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies ensuring TechSee remains at the forefront of backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

• 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.

• 5 years of backend development experience with Python.

• Experience with Django FastAPI Celery Poetry.

• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and Postgres).

• Handson experience with AWS services particularly with serverless architectures.

• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes (Advantage)

• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (Advantage).

• Experience in ML Ops and Cloud infrastructure (Advantage).

• Strong problemsolving skills with a track record of resolving complex backend challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• A continuous learner with a passion for staying uptodate on backend technologies and trends.
