Engineering Team Lead

You will play a key role in leading our technical initiatives providing technical guidance and driving the development and implementation of online Casino games.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead a team of developers providing technical guidance mentorship and fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements provide technical expertise and ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement best practices and ensure code quality through code reviews testing and continuous integration processes.
• Stay uptodate with the latest AWS cloud technologies industry trends and best practices and apply them to enhance existing systems and processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements prioritise tasks and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues troubleshoot system problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement and team collaboration.

What You Bring:

• 5 years of Core Java development experience.
• Spring Boot microservices development and architecture knowledge.
• Proven experience in developing backend solutions.
• Experience in: SQL databases RESTlike APIs.
• Take endtoend responsibility for developed features and functionality.
• Help other teams using these products and solve different somehow related issues.
• Research new possibilities for improving current products.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies and collaborating with other Tech Leads development teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to quick changes and learn new technologies.
• Basic understanding of probability theory and math statistics.
• Basic acquaintance with the theory and practice of gambling.
• Good communication skills & problemsolving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of tools like Maven GitLab JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Full stack web development experience.
• Experience in: Microservices Web Sockets JWT CORS handling.
• Experience in using: Docker Redis RabbitMQ Kafka or similar systems.
• Experience in Performance optimisation.
• Experience in game development.
• Experience in certification procedure of casino game server.
