Job Description

Graduate Business Development Executive leading to a management role within 12 months

  • 27000 basic (30000 OTE year one)
  • Upto 70000 within 3 years

About the Role:

Were seeking a talented and motivated graduate to join our growing sales team. As a Business Development Executive leading to management within a year. Youll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be working closely and learning from the Sales Director. This is a new role and will have lots of flexibility to be innovative to create your own path to success

Our employer is an established IT reseller of 20 years. The company is expanding into new markets across Europe and this is an exciting time. This is an exciting time to join this established IT Reseller who are on a huge growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new leads
  • Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Negotiating deals and closing sales
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Traits Were Looking For:

  • Recent graduate: A strong academic background preferably in business technology or a related field
  • Tech Savy: This person needs to be Tech Savy and Creative
  • Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate situations and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity: Approach challenges with innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Leadership: Exhibit influence and inspire peers towards shared goals.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with both clients and team members.
  • Sporty/Competitiveness: Eagerness to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Tenacity: Persistent and determined in achieving goals.
