About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to joinRIU Hotels & Resortsas a Maintenance Technician. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality safety and appearance of our hotel facilities. This role requires expertise in a variety of repair and maintenance tasks quick problemsolving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.
What Youll Do
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of electrical mechanical plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any technical issues or repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performing preventive maintenance tasks adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance needs and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities including completed tasks and inventory management.
