RavenPack is seeking a Vice President of AI & Machine Learning Product Innovation to lead the development of cuttingedge solutions that redefine the role of data in financial research and analysis. Based in either Marbella or Madrid this leadership role focuses on leveraging stateoftheart ML and NLP technologies to create impactful data products enhance internal processes and engage with toptier clients to deliver transformative insights.

What Youll Do:
As a key leader in our organization you will:
Drive Innovation: Lead the design development and implementation of advanced ML/NLPpowered solutions to enhance both external products and internal workflows ensuring they deliver measurable impact.
Shape Strategy: Define and execute a vision for integrating cuttingedge technologies such as finetuning large language models (LLMs) optimizing knowledge graph curation and coordinating multiagent LLM workflows to solve complex business challenges.
Engage Clients: Collaborate with clients during the product discovery process to understand their needs gather feedback and iterate on development to deliver highvalue solutions.
Lead Research: Stay at the forefront of AI and ML advancements ensuring RavenPacks solutions remain competitive and aligned with emerging trends in the industry.
Foster Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with teams of researchers engineers and business leaders to execute projects that align with organizational goals.
Communicate Insights: Present complex analytical concepts and innovative solutions to clients stakeholders and executive management in a clear and impactful manner.
What Youll Need:
A Masters or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science Machine Learning Natural Language Processing or a related discipline.
10 years of industry experience with a proven track record of leadership and delivering results in ML/NLPdriven initiatives.
Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing and stateoftheart language models with handson experience in frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
Strong understanding of time series forecasting statistical modeling and the coordination of LLM agents to enhance complex workflows.
Exceptional quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate unstructured problems and deliver practical solutions.
Advanced programming proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL or other database technologies.
Outstanding communication and project management skills with experience in engaging clients and managing crossfunctional teams.
Preferred: Experience in the financial domain including familiarity with its unique challenges and opportunities.
