We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of cuttingedge AI agentic workflows and pioneering datadriven solutions. You will be at the forefront of designing building and deploying scalable highperformance systems that enable our organization to unlock the full potential of data innovation.
As a Senior Software Engineer you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Data Scientists Product Managers and other Engineers to deliver technically sophisticated and strategically aligned solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative environment where their expertise will play a key role in tackling complex challenges driving innovation and shaping the future of datadriven solutions in our organization.
Responsibilities:
System Design and Development. Design develop and maintain scalable highperformance systems to support cuttingedge AI agentic workflows and datadriven solutions.
Code Quality and Best Practices. Write clean efficient and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices including robust testing version control and performance optimization.
Collaboration with Data Teams. Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to grasp requirements from specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data solutions into existing infrastructure ensuring optimal performance.
Technical Innovation and ProblemSolving: Address complex technical challenges with innovative approaches and continuously improve system capabilities.
Documentation. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software development projects.
Project Management. Manage project tasks effectively and ensure the successful delivery of highquality ontime solutions.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on advancements in software engineering AI and machine learning to incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred but not required).
3 years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Python
SQL proficiency and experience working with relational databases (experience with NoSQL databases is a plus).
Handson experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Experience with scripting languages like Bash for automation and scripting tasks.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Experience with Git.
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex datarelated issues.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and convey complex ideas clearly in English both verbally and in writing.
Desirable
Handson experience with AI Agent workflows is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) technologies and Machine Learning (ML) is highly desirable.
Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies.
