About the role:
Were looking for an experienced Learning Systems Administrator to manage MVHs Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning technologies on an international scale. This role will collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure smooth training deployments maintain data accuracy and support innovative training initiatives across MVH brands.

- Function: IT P&O
- Reports To: Director Learning Systems
- Location: Netherlands Preferred /Any of the AniCura country office locations (Remote or Hybrid)
- Languages: Proficiency in English and any other European language is a plus.
- Contract: Full Time
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars Inc. in your actions and interactions with both your team and stakeholders.
- Optimize the use of the current LMS and reporting system: Ensure the systems are being used to their fullest potential and make suggestions for improvements.
- Manage the LMS: Build test and manage implementation groups assigning learning items within the LMS to support the deployment of training programs.
- Incorporate business knowledge into technical decisions: Adjust timelines and technical choices to align with deployment trends business needs and MVHs unique learning environment.
- Implement social learning and networking activities: Utilize the MCVE global learning platform to integrate community functionality and Virtual InstructorLed Training (VILT) components.
- Collaborate with leadership and teams: Work with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure efficient workflows documenting these processes.
- Gather and validate functional requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to collect and articulate requirements and test them for functionality and accuracy.
- Manage projects: Take ownership of small to mediumsized projects contribute to larger initiatives and coordinate work across teams to ensure ontime delivery.
- Respond to support requests: Validate analyze and resolve support requests while assessing and creating reports to meet program and reporting needs.
- Monitor emerging technologies: Stay up to date with the latest technological trends to ensure the LMS and related learning systems remain innovative and effective.
- Perform other duties as assigned: Take on additional tasks as needed to support the broader goals of the team and organization.
- Operational Excellence: The role involves building testing and managing deployment groups within the LMS to ensure smooth training rollout.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs document efficient processes and provide technical support.
- Adaptability: The role requires staying abreast of emerging technologies and adjusting systems to align with industry advancements business needs and user requirements
Education & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
You are expected to have:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent and learning technologies preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing and administering learning management systems (LMS) including content creation testing and deployment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide user support effectively.
- Experience in data analysis and creating actionable insights through ad hoc reporting.
- Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand is highly desirable (certification preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML JavaScript and Power BI is a plus.
