Keyresponsibilities:
- Analyzing Source Data: Conducting indepth analyses to understand the structure content and quality of data to identify potential challenges early.
- Enhancing Data Quality: Designing and executing robust data cleansing routines to improve data accuracy and reliability before migration.
- Defining Migration Strategies: Crafting and implementing effective migration strategies carefully selecting the best tools and technologies for the job.
- Transforming Data: Developing and applying precise transformation rules to convert data formats and ensure compatibility with target systems.
- Executing Migration Processes: Managing the endtoend data migration process while adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensuring Data Accuracy: Performing rigorous reconciliation to confirm the completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
- Optimizing Performance: Monitoring and finetuning migration processes to ensure efficiency and address performance bottlenecks.
- Managing Errors: Establishing robust errorhandling protocols to quickly resolve any issues during migration.
- Maintaining Audit Trails: Keeping detailed records of migration activities to ensure compliance and facilitate troubleshooting when necessary.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Providing clear updates to stakeholders addressing their concerns and ensuring alignment throughout the migration process.
- Validating PostMigration Data: Conducting thorough postmigration validation to confirm that the target system data is accurate complete and ready for use.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience in data migration managing and executing data migration projects.
- Strong technical expertise in data transformation and migration tools.
- Solid understanding of data analysis cleansing and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in defining and implementing migration strategies.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and errorhandling techniques during migrations.
