Job Description
- Support and contribute to prestudies and assessments for the implementation of cloudbased Financial ERP systems providing insights and recommendations for successful deployment.
- Support and oversee the complete implementation and transition process for Financial ERP solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and architect the overall structure of the Financial ERP system ensuring it meets the organizations financial and operational needs.
- Utilize deep knowledge of system architecture configuration and troubleshooting to optimize Financial ERP performance and user experience.
- Support and contribute to integration efforts between Financial ERP systems and other applications ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Provide technical documentation and support for Financial ERP implementations including detailed design specifications and user manuals.
- Support and contribute to conversion efforts ensuring smooth transition of financial data into the new Financial ERP system.
- Design and implement Financial ERP cloud integrations with other systems maintaining compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Offer technical guidance and support throughout the Financial ERP implementation lifecycle ensuring best practices are followed.
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions enhancing Financial ERP functionalities and process efficiency.
- Support the modernization of the current technology landscape towards a modern financial data and reporting ecosystem including developing an integration strategy.
- Foster strong collaboration between engineering business and architecture teams to achieve business objectives and OKRs as one cohesive unit.
- Coach and support teams in understanding direction and strategy providing guidance on roadmaps and operational excellence in modernization activities to meet the future target architecture.
- Exhibit strong change management skills to navigate organizational shifts related to Financial ERP adoption and usage.
- Foster collaboration and achieve great results through effective teamwork and partnerships.
- Manage stakeholders effectively creating longlasting relationships that support project goals.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
- Required: Technical degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Application Architect with a focus on cloudbased Financial ERP solutions.
- Strong background in financial solutions preferably within the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial ERP architecture design and implementation with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analytics.
- Proficient in translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions within Financial ERP systems.
- Experience in leading distributed teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written capable of conveying technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with a track record of creating longlasting relationships.
- Familiarity with modern integration strategies and technologies.
