Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Wellness Director of Nursing to lead and oversee the clinical care and wellness programs within our organization. This role involves managing nursing staff ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations developing wellness initiatives and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate holds an active nursing license has strong leadership and organizational skills and demonstrates a commitment to promoting holistic wellness and quality care. Prior experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred

Requirements

Active Nursing license.

Leadership experience in healthcare or senior living.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

Commitment to patientcentered care and wellness.
