(3) 12hrs shifts or (4) 10hrs shifts

Call: SatSun; 7a7p

Every 6 weeks

Patient Demographics: 2 years Adults

Patient Volume: 100 cases/day

% of Practice:

45% General; 15% OB; 15% Cardiac

5% Thoracic/Vascular 10% Ortho

ACT Model: 4:1 ratio

Physician in Group: 14 MDs; 40 CRNAs

Support Staff: 2 NPs & 1 RN

Case Mix: GI Cath Lab MRI and IR

Procedures:

Delivery General MAC Regional Anesthesia

Arterial line insertion (preferred)

No transplants or hearts

Office Equipment:

Glidescopes Hemospheres

GE anesthesia machines and Istats

No. of Beds: 641

No. of ORs: 28

Trauma Level: I

EMR: Epic

Other Info: No local will be considered

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active SC License

NBCRNA

ACLS BLS PALS

Clean Record

2 years experience

COVID and Flu Vaccination
