We are a premium Trichology Spa Salon in Lagos servicing premium customers and clientele across Africa. Our team contains Hair of hair specialists and technicians trained to approach hair care and styling with scienceled reasoning. We offer consultations hair treatments and scalpfriendly styles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer accounts and relationships.
- Oversee administration and sale of treatments and services.
- Supervise hair technicians by assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
- Ensure quality control of service delivery.
- Develop systems processes protocols and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain team discipline and ensure that all internal policies and procedures are followed.
- Support recruitment hiring and training of hair technicians.
- Act as a liaison between clients and hair technicians.
- Control inventory and oversee the procurement process.
- Organize team rota taking into consideration holidays peak periods and seasonality.
- Supervise thirdparty contractors as necessary and oversee general maintenance of practice property and equipment.
- Ensure facilities are kept clean tidy and hygienic.
- Track employee performance and participate in feedback sessions.
- Process client payments and track all practice transactions.
- Keep updated records of cash inflows and outflows.
Requirements
- 45 years of proven success in a leadership customerfacing and people management role
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with clients
- Extremely organized and detailoriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and other IT products/solutions
Requirements: Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline A minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a sales executive Have a good command of English and any local language. Have excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and communication skills. Have excellent customer management and problem-solving skills. Be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office tools. Possess poise and excellent telephone mannerisms.
