We are seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) System Administrator and Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support during the system launch and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will have adeep un derstanding of D365 FinOps modules configuration data management and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) to meet business requirements.
- Extract and manage data ensuring accuracy and readiness for system operations.
- Respond to and resolve user queries and issues providing effective and timely support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document configurations processes and support resolutions comprehensively.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements where necessary.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) and its modules such as Sales Subscription Billing Supply Chain and Finance.
- Proven ability to articulate experience with evidence such as project summaries or certifications.
- Experience with system administration configuration and data management within FinOps.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
- Familiarity with tools like OData Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Power Platform (Power Automate Logic Apps) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in IT Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are highly desirable.
