Pay: $24$27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: MondaySaturday 6:00 AM6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedTube Welderto join our team in Sand Springs. This position involves welding thinwalled metal tubes and pipes with TIG and MIG techniques ensuring all welds meet industry standards for quality and precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail a commitment to safety and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on thinwalled metal tubes and pipes including stainless steel and carbon steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and welding specifications to determine proper procedures and materials.
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with tolerances.
- Set up adjust and maintain welding equipment including welders torches and grinders.
- Follow safety protocols wear appropriate protective gear and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct preweld and postweld inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed including materials used and project progress.
- Troubleshoot welding issues and work with supervisors to implement solutions.
- Stay current on advancements in welding techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tube Welder or in a similar role.
- Welding certification (e.g. AWS CWB) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques materials and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints technical drawings and welding symbols.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce quality welds.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper equipment handling.
- Physical stamina to handle materials and work in various positions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience working in a fastpaced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Welding Test Requirements:
- Stick Test
- Sub Arc Test on thick plate 18 long
